INDUSTHANE is our next-generation polyurethane-cement system, designed to offer extreme protection in the most demanding environments. Very high chemical resistance, even superior to epoxy coatings

INDUSTHANE offre un’eccezionale resistenza chimica a un’ampia gamma di agenti aggressivi: acidi organici e inorganici, basi, solventi, grassi, oli, sali e prodotti per la pulizia industriale. La sua formulazione in poliuretano-cemento gli conferisce una stabilità chimica di gran lunga superiore a quella dei rivestimenti epossidici tradizionali, soprattutto in ambienti con esposizione continua a sostanze corrosive e soluzioni caustiche.

Maximum thermal resistance

INDUSTHANE is formulated to withstand extreme temperatures without losing its mechanical properties or adhesion to the substrate. Its polyurethane-cement technology allows it to withstand continuous temperatures of up to 120°C and even higher thermal peaks, making it the ideal choice for demanding industrial environments.

This system is especially suitable for areas where steam cleaning is performed, hot liquid spills are performed, or production processes involving sudden temperature changes. Unlike other coatings that can degrade, soften, or peel off, INDUSTHANE maintains its dimensional stability and structural integrity even under extreme thermal conditions.

Sistema INDUSTHANE

The INDUSTHANE system consists of a primer and a main coating layer, selected based on the required thickness and desired slip resistance.

Primer: INDUSTHANE 3C PRIMER

Three-component primer with high anchoring power.
Ensures adhesion to mineral substrates such as concrete or mortar.
Seals surface porosity, preventing bubbles in the final coating.

Main coating:

INDUSTHANE 3C 46
Thickness: 4–6 mm
Self-leveling coating with high mechanical and chemical resistance. Ideal for areas with medium-high thermal resistance and traffic requirements.

INDUSTHANE 3C 415
Thickness: 4–15 mm
This thicker and rougher version provides a more slip-resistant surface, perfect for wet areas or areas where heavy machinery is used. It can be adapted to slopes or localized repairs with greater thickness.
