TRADICEM represents our traditional two-component microcement line, where craftsmanship meets versatility. It is designed for applicators seeking to create unique and customized textures.
It allows custom mixes, greater creative freedom and exceptional results. Its resistance and adaptability make it suitable for horizontal and vertical applications, both indoors and outdoors.
TRADICEM's versatility is reflected in its ability to adapt to different needs and styles, with rustic or elegant finishes and tailored solutions for each project.
Available in different grain sizes and formulations, it covers the entire process: base coats, finish coats, pigmentation and final sealing.

Application procedure
Step-by-step system to correctly prepare, apply, pigment and protect TRADICEM.
Surface preparation
Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease, loose paint or other contaminants that could affect adhesion.
Repair imperfections, irregularities or cracks before continuing. Lightly sand the surface to increase roughness and improve bonding.
Remove any residue with a vacuum cleaner or damp cloth and allow the surface to dry completely.
Mesh installation and priming
Place fiberglass mesh over the surface to ensure a solid base, minimize the risk of cracking and improve system durability.
Apply an even coat of PRIMER or PRIMERQUARTZ with a roller or brush to create optimal adhesion between the substrate and the microcement.
Allow to dry for approximately 30 minutes before continuing.
Application of TRADICEM L or XL
Mix TRADICEM L or XL with the liquid component at approximately 30%. Apply a first coat without pigment using a flexible metal trowel.
Spread evenly over the entire surface and allow to dry completely, generally between 8 and 24 hours depending on ambient conditions.
For the second coat, mix TRADICEM with the desired pigment, apply evenly and, once dry, sand with 40-grit abrasive.
Application of TRADICEM M or S
Prepare TRADICEM M or S with the selected pigment. Apply a thin, even coat, ensuring full surface coverage.
Allow to dry completely and sand with 120-grit sandpaper to smooth and prepare the base for the final coat.
Apply a second coat of the same product and sand again once dry to achieve a smooth, silky finish with the desired aesthetic effect.
Final sealing and protection
Once the microcement is completely dry, apply one coat of PRIMER with a roller to saturate and protect the surface.
Apply two coats of VARNISH W with a roller or brush, respecting the drying time between coats.
This sealing system protects the surface against wear, moisture and stains.
Additional tips
Always carry out a preliminary test on a small area to verify the color and system compatibility.
Work under controlled temperature and humidity conditions, ideally between 10 °C and 25 °C.
Clean tools immediately after use to prevent the product from hardening.
