Application Steps:

Surface Preparation: Before applying TRADICEM, make sure the surface is clean, dry and free of any contaminants. Light sanding is recommended to improve adhesion.

Application of Mesh and Primer: Place the mesh on the surface to be coated to ensure a solid base. Apply a layer of PRIMER OR PRIMERQUARTZ as a primer to improve the adhesion of the microcement.

Application of TRADICEM L or XL: Use a trowel or spatula to apply a first layer of TRADICEM L or XL without pigment. Spread it evenly over the surface and let it dry. Then, apply a second coat of pigment and sand lightly to obtain an even surface.

Application of TRADICEM S or L: as a finish, apply a first layer of Tradícem S or L with pigment and sand gently. Then, apply a second coat and sand again for a smooth, silky finish.

Sealing and Protection: Once the microcement is completely dry, apply two coats of PRIMER using a roller. Let it dry between coats. Finally, apply two coats of VARNISH W to seal and protect the surface in a lasting way.
